Terms of Use
Please read our service agreement carefully before using of our services. This agreement is a legal agreement between you and Accouting & Tax Pros Inc. (referred to as “Office Desk”). Your use of Accouting & Tax Pros Inc.’s services constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions. We may amend these services at any time by posting it on our website. If client does not agree to this Agreement, client is not permitted to use our services.
Definitions
“Customer/Client” means the person, entity utilizing Accouting & Tax Pros Inc.’s Services.
“Services” means the accounting services provided by Accouting & Tax Pros Inc.
“Sign up” means the in-person/online-signup process with Accouting & Tax Pros Inc.
Subscribing to the Service
Client subscribes for the services by selecting the options available during the the sign up process.
Termination of Access and Services
You agree that Accouting & Tax Pros Inc. in its sole discretion may terminate your use of services if Accouting & Tax Pros Inc. believes that you have violated our policies. Further you agree that Accouting & Tax Pros Inc. shall not be liable to you or any other third- party for any termination of your access to the services.
Payments:
You must pay with one of the following:
A valid Debit or Credit card,
A valid checking or saving account with sufficient funds to cover the transaction.
Accouting & Tax Pros Inc. will not automatically renew your services unless the services are not renewed under this agreement.
Information and Accuracy
Client has sole responsibility for the accuracy of all the information. We are not responsible for reviewing and validating the client’s information.
Indemnity
Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Accouting & Tax Pros Inc., its employees, officers against any and all liability ( including recoveries, damages, deficiencies and attorney’s fees).
Data Backup and Storage
It is client’s responsibility to back up onto cliet’s own local computer all data including data submitted to the Accouting & Tax Pros Inc.
Fees & Payment
Subscription fees are recurring monthly fees. Subscription Fees are the fees indicated during sign up process.
Automatic Credit Card Payments
Client agrees to provide Accouting & Tax Pros Inc. with credit card information. During the Term,Accouting & Tax Pros Inc. may charge the applicable credit card for Subscription Fees each month.
Late Payment
Customer may not withhold or “setoff” any amounts due hereunder. Accouting & Tax Pros Inc. reserves the right to suspend Service until all past due amounts are paid in full.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Following are refund policies if you are not fully satisfied with our services.
In the event of cancellation/termination of services, we may issue a refund of prepaid effective at the beginning of next month of your service. No refunds shall be made for the current month of services, regardless of the day on which you cancel the request.
In the event of termination for annual discounted services, any refund will loose the benefit of that discount and you would be considered on month to month subscription.
For an example, if client paid $500 for 1 year services, and the monthly subscription was $50 at the time of purchasing the services. Thus, if you cancelled during the 5th month of the year for which you prepaid, we would charge you $250 (5*50) and grant you a refund of $250 ($500 - $250).
Refunds are made in the same tender as original payment.
Security and Passwords
You will receive a password and account designation upon completing the Service's registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account.

Your privacy is very important for us. Accouting & Tax Pros. Inc. is committed to protect our Clients’ information. We keep your information private and secure. We collect and use personal information for the following purposes:

We may collect certain personal information like Name, Mailing address, Email address, Phone Number, Credit card number or other payment information from you in order to provide our accounting services.
How we share the information we collect
We use the personal information you provide for following purposes:
- We do sell, trade or rent your personal information to third parties.
- Providing accounting services
- Performing other business activities as needed
Security Policy
We use reasonable security measures to protect our client’s personal information.
Disclosure of Information
We do not disclose personal information about our clients. However, we may release your information to comply with law.
Cookies Information
We do not use cookies.
Children’s Online Privacy
We understand the importance of protecting children’s privacy. Our service is not directed to children. We do not collect information from anyone under age 13.
Updates to Our Privacy Policy
We may update the privacy policy. We notify our clients via emails if any changes are made in privacy policy. We also encourage you to review the policy periodically on this page.
You hereby acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understand it and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. You further agree that this is the complete and exclusive agreement between us, and this Agreement supersedes any proposal or prior agreement whether oral or written, and any other communication between us relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
